Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach – Health, Safety & Environmental Standards Location: Remote / Flexible Working Salary: Up to £35,000 Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays We are supporting a successful training company in recruiting an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach to deliver and support learners in Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, alongside Team Leader and logistics apprenticeship standards. This is a remote role with flexible working arrangements, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment. The Role You will deliver training and coaching to apprenticeship learners remotely, including both group sessions and one-to-one support. Your work will help learners complete their qualifications and develop their professional skills. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver training on Health, Safety and Environmental Technician (Level 3) and Team Leader (Level 3) and Logistic apprenticeship standards, ensuring learners understand the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required., • Provide individualised coaching to support learner progress, including one-to-one sessions tailored to each learner’s needs and abilities., • Facilitate remote group sessions, including masterclasses or workshops, encouraging engagement, discussion, and practical application of learning., • Support learners in practical assessments and project work, providing guidance and constructive feedback., • Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, achievements, and assessment outcomes., • Ensure all training and coaching aligns with employer requirements, apprenticeship standards, and organisational policies., • Contribute to continuous improvement of training programmes, offering insights from learner feedback and industry best practices., • Advise and mentor learners on career pathways and professional opportunities within their sector. Requirements • Experience in Health & Safety, Team Leading, or Logistics., • Recognised teaching or assessor qualification (e.g Award in Education & Training, Assessor Award, or equivalent)., • Vocational competence in Health & Safety or Team Leading. Logistics would also be highly desirable., • Knowledge and experience in delivering and coaching of government-funded training programmes, particularly apprenticeships., • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners.
