About the Role:\n\nAs the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our store's success, leading a high-performing, engaged team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:\n\nLeadership & Team Building:\n\nRecruit, develop, and inspire a team of passionate Brand Ambassadors.\nFoster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and high performance.\nCoach and guide individuals to reach their full potential. \n\nCommercial Performance:\n\nOwn store KPIs, including sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), and profitability.\nAnalyse trading performance and take proactive actions to drive results.\nEnsure the strong execution of visual merchandising and product launches. \n\nConsumer Experience:\n\nDeliver a best-in-class retail experience rooted in product expertise.\nLead by example-set the standard for service and storytelling.\nEnsure the team confidently communicates the technical benefits of our products. \n\nBrand & Community Engagement:\n\nPosition the store as a hub for the local outdoor community.\nBuild strong relationships with local groups, universities, and partners.\nDrive events and activation's that bring the brand to life. \n\nOperational Excellence:\n\nOversee all store operations, including stock management, compliance, and processes.\nEnsure a safe, efficient, and well-organised retail environment. \n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\nProven retail leadership experience (as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up).\nA track record of delivering commercial results through effective people management.\nA passion for the outdoors and/or performance-led products.\nA strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nResilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.\nThe ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.\nCommercially astute with excellent analytical skills.\nOutstanding communication and storytelling ability. \n\nWhy Join Us?\nAs part of our Manchester team, you'll play a vital role in shaping a new store that embodies the spirit of exploration and innovation.
