We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, supporting hiring managers and senior stakeholders to secure the talent needed to drive business performance. This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing role where you’ll combine delivery, insight, and leadership to create an outstanding hiring experience and consistently strong outcomes. The Role You’ll take ownership of recruitment delivery, working closely with hiring managers, People Business Partners, and external partners to design and execute effective hiring strategies. Alongside this, you’ll lead or mentor TA specialists and contribute to continuous improvement across processes, technology, and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, offering expert advice on hiring strategies and workforce planning, • Deliver full lifecycle recruitment, ensuring a high-quality, engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers, • Lead recruitment campaigns, managing pipelines across both active and passive markets, • Use data and insights to track performance, improve outcomes, and inform decision making, • Design and deliver robust selection processes, including screening, interviews, and assessment approaches, • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to optimise attraction and sourcing activity, • Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with relevant legislation, • Champion inclusion and diversity, embedding fair and equitable practices across all hiring processes, • Drive continuous improvement, adopting digital tools and new ways of working to enhance efficiency and experience, • Support, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture What We’re Looking For • Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across a range of hiring types (including campaigns and volume), • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, • Experience across sourcing, attraction strategies, and assessment design, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace, • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and governance, • Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others, • Happy to work onsite 3 days per week near Heathrow Desirable: • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping, • Exposure to psychometric tools (e.g. SHL, Saville), • Experience using data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes, • Experience of hiring for both Operational and Non-Operational roles, • Experience running assessment centres/days and volume hiring Why Join This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping hiring outcomes within a complex, fast-paced environment—partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and contributing to a forward-looking, inclusive talent strategy.
