We are looking to expand our team and are on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator who is motivated, resilient, and ready to take on a rewarding career path. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join a busy and successful team. This role combines resourcing support with general office administrative support to ensure smooth operations across both talent acquisition and office functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: • Maintain and update the CRM inline with GDPR guidelines and company privacy policy., • Help coordinate onboarding for new hires specifically for contract roles., • Supporting the team on the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews and candidate onboarding., • Searching via CRM, LinkedIn and other job boards., • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events., • Screen applications and schedule interviews as and when needed., • General admin - formatting CVs and sending across agency TOBs. Office Support: • Provide general administrative support to the Directors and Consultants., • Order office supplies and support facilities management - communication with building manager for any building issues., • Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and calendars., • Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing., • Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Experience working in a fast paced environment., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines., • Professional and confident in speaking to Hiring Managers and candidates., • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other digital tools including google drive., • Experience with ATS or LinkedIn would be beneficial., • A varied and engaging role within a supportive team., • Ongoing training with industry leaders., • Opportunities for professional growth in HR or operations or recruitment., • Flexible working arrangements.
