If you’re organised, people-oriented, and eager to learn, this role can offer progression and development.\n\nSalary is £27,000 for this hybrid role, with a generous holiday allowance including you birthday off plus health and wellbeing provisions and the opportunity for CPD and internal training.\n\nA hybrid role, you will be dividing your time between the office in Bradford (Tues - Thurs) and working from home (Mon and Fri). Hours are 9-5 (35 hour week) \n\nSo, what will you be doing? \n\nSupporting the full employee lifecycle including ER matters \nProviding first-line support via phone and HR systems \nMaintaining accurate HR records using ATS and Microsoft systems \nWorkingf collaboratively in a fast-paced shared services environment\n\nWhat makes you a great fit?\n\nStrong administrative and organisational skills to keep HR processes running smoothly \nConfidence in communication with an excellent phone manner \nSolid IT skills, including Excel for filtering and accurate data input \nA proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn \nCIPD Level 3 is desirable (although this is a CPD opportunity after probation) ,with shared services experience seen as a bonus\n\nIf this sounds like your next step and you’re keen to grow your HR career in a supportive team within a growing organisation who pride themselves on customer experience and community impact, apply today
