Account Manager £29,000 – £32,000 + Up to 10% Bonus Preston Here at Service Care Solutions, we are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage the successful delivery of MSP, Master Vendor, and Neutral Vendor recruitment contracts. This is an office-based role with some UK Travel Required In your role you will be responsible for providing excellent client service, managing supplier relationships, achieving KPIs/SLAs, and supporting clients with effective recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact, • Ensure contract KPIs and SLAs are achieved, • Oversee supplier performance, onboarding, and compliance, • Produce client reports, business reviews, and management information, • Resolve operational issues and escalations, • Support contract growth and identify additional service opportunities, • Deliver training and support on systems and processes, • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors What We’re Looking For • Experience in account management, recruitment, MSP, or vendor management, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and ATS/CRM systems, • Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills, • Willingness to travel to client sites when required What We Offer • Competitive salary and bonus scheme, • Career development opportunities, • Supportive and collaborative team culture If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
