Location: Flexible - our team is based in London, Oxford, and Birmingham , so any of these would be ideal. About the role As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, youll play a key role in delivering a smooth, engaging, and inclusive recruitment experience. Working closely with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, youll support the full hiring process - from advertising roles to coordinating interviews - ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed. Youll be a consistent point of contact for candidates and a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape how people experience our organisation. What youll do Post job adverts across internal and external platforms, including our ATS (Networx), LinkedIn, and other channels. Design and deliver engaging recruitment campaigns, including direct sourcing for key roles. Screen and shortlist candidates, particularly for high-volume roles, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers. Schedule interviews (in-person and virtual) and support hiring managers with preparation and feedback. Ensure candidates receive timely, constructive communication throughout their journey. Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, inclusion networks, and advertising platforms. Contribute to our advertising strategy by sharing insights on digital channels, SEO, and emerging trends. Act as a super user of our ATS, helping improve functionality and user experience. Collaborate across the Talent Acquisition team to provide cover and maintain consistency during absences. Work with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator to issue offers and onboard new starters. Support wider Talent Acquisition and People team initiatives and projects. What youll bring A genuine passion for creating positive candidate and hiring manager experiences. Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally supporting end-to-end processes. Comfort working at pace and managing multiple roles simultaneously. Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence engaging people at all levels. Understanding of recruitment best practices and how they align with strategic hiring goals. Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems (Networx and IRIS Cascade experience is a plus). Flexibility to support different teams and travel to various office or site locations as needed. Experience in the Built Environment is helpful but not essential - were more interested in your approach, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. TPBN1_UKTJ
