SEN Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Primary Provision BradfordFull-time position and Part-time Are you a patient, resilient and compassionate practitioner with a passion for supporting children with complex needs? We're recruiting a dedicated SEN Complex Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary provision in Bradford. This is a full-time role starting asap, supporting pupils who require tailored, consistent and nurturing support to help them thrive. About the Role You will be working within a specialist SEN provision supporting primary-aged children with a range of complex needs. Your responsibilities may include: • Providing 1:1 and small-group support, • Assisting pupils with communication, sensory and emotional needs, • Supporting children with challenging behaviour using positive, consistent strategies, • Helping to create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment, • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals, • Experience supporting children with complex SEN needs (school or care setting), • A calm, patient and proactive approach, • Strong behaviour-management skills, • Someone who can build trusting relationships with pupils, • A full-time, long-term position in a supportive SEN provision, • Competitive daily rates, • Ongoing CPD and training opportunities If you're passionate about supporting children with complex needs and ready to start a rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
