This position supports human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training, while also managing healthcare compliance initiatives such as policy adherence, regulatory reporting, and staff credentialing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about HR practices and healthcare compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Support Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, background checks, and new hire onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including training and certifications. Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee inquiries.
