Part of The Apartment Group, one of the North Easts leading hospitality and wedding venue groups, we are now seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead Grand Villa Heights into its next phase of growth and excellence. The Role: As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance, culture and guest experience of Grand Villa Heights. You will lead from the front, set the standard and inspire your team to deliver exceptional weddings and events every time. Your responsibilities will include: ? Overall leadership of weddings, events, food & beverage, accommodation and guest experience ? Delivering outstanding, personalised experiences for every couple and their guests ? Managing, coaching and developing a strong management team ? Full P&L responsibility, driving revenue, margin and commercial performance ? Setting and maintaining exceptional service, presentation and brand standards ? Overseeing weddings and high-value events from enquiry through to flawless delivery ? Ensuring all health & safety, licensing and compliance standards are met ? Working closely with Group Operations and senior leadership to achieve strategic goals This is a hands-on, highly visible role you will be present in the business, leading your team and engaging with couples and guests. About You: We are looking for a General Manager with experience in: ? Luxury or boutique hotels and venues ? High-end wedding venues or destination venues ? Event-led hospitality environments with high guest expectations You will be: ? Passionate about weddings, service and guest experience ? A confident, calm and inspiring leader ? Commercially astute with strong financial awareness ? Highly organised, detail-focused and professional ? Comfortable managing large teams and high-pressure events ?
