Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Food & Hospitality Partnerships Location: Uxbridge (5 days office-based for initial onboarding, then fully field-based across the UK) About the Role We are working with a fast-growing, well-backed multi-brand food business that’s expanding its footprint across the UK. They are now hiring a commercially driven Sales Manager / BDM / Partnership Manager to lead the growth of their brand partnership and licensing channel, working with major multi-site operators across hospitality. This is a high impact, front line role focused on winning and developing partnerships with pub groups, restaurant chains, universities, travel hubs, and leisure operators. If you have sold into hospitality, whether through a food supplier, wholesaler, FMCG brand, or similar, and you are used to dealing with multi-site operators, this is a natural step up into a more strategic, higher-value sales role. The Role We are looking for a Communications Executive to support the delivery of social media and communications across our Beauty Accessories and Personal Care brands, including Eylure London, Elegant Touch and Dr Teal’s. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the centre of our in-house team - supporting the planning, coordination and execution of social content, while ensuring our brands show up consistently across the UK and European markets. Working closely with the Communications Manager and Social Content Lead, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across social platforms, while also supporting wider PR and marketing activity. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Supporting the planning and scheduling of social media content across multiple brands and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), • Writing and adapting captions, and managing content scheduling across organic and paid activity, • Supporting content creation, including basic video editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut) and assisting with shoots or low-fi filming, • Coordinating and delivering small-scale social campaigns (e.g. competitions, seasonal moments, partnerships), • Managing day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs and tagged content, • Monitoring trends, competitors and community conversations, sharing insights with the wider team, • Curating user-generated content and supporting creator relationships, • Supporting European agency activity through asset coordination and content sharing, • Assisting with reporting, presentations, product send-outs and general marketing coordination, • Supporting budget processes, including raising POs and tracking spend What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years’ experience in marketing communications, with hands-on social media experience, • Experience managing day-to-day social media activity (scheduling, caption writing, community management), • Experience supporting content creation, including basic editing (e.g. Canva, CapCut), • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Experience working across multiple brands or projects (highly desirable), • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Fluency in German and/or French is highly desirable Why Join Us This is a great opportunity to build your experience across social media, PR and communications within a fast-moving, multi-brand environment. Liaise directly with internal and external Lawyers in the review of AFL's and Lease agreements for new stores, expansions, downsizes and ad-hoc projects where Landlord interfaces are required, advising where needed on technical elements. Monitor the Landlords works on site to ensure compliance with the Shell Specification and Lease Agreement, ensuring progress is monitored in a formal manner by issuing weekly progress reports. Coordinate and act as primary contact for both internal and external technical teams in the obtaining of Landlords approvals for shop fit proposals and provide licence documents as required. Act as primary contact for the TJX Construction team for any interface with Landlord should issues arise during fit out. Liaise with internal TJX Utilities and Energy teams in arranging installation of utility supply meters or Change of Tenancy agreements.
