About Us Cheeez isn't a photobooth. It's a ritual. Others capture how people look, and Cheeez captures what happens between them. That idea is now moving beyond the booth: into retail pop-ups, collaborations, events, photo booth hire, and franchises across London. 📸✨ We're looking for Part-time or Seasonal Receptionists & Content Creators to be the first person our guests meet, and the one who makes sure the room is already warm before anyone steps in front of the lens. What You'll Do Operations — 90% • We go first. Greet and host every guest — breaking the ice is our job, not theirs. Set the tone before the countdown starts., • Keep the studio welcoming and comfortable — tidy, and "social media ready" at all times. We don't make it prettier, we remove what's in the way., • Nobody just watches. In every group, notice who’s awklardly holding the bags and encourage them to join in. Marketing — 10% • Take part in content shoots — our monthly challenge and occasional in-store sessions with the Marketing Lead. Paid extra, on top of your usual shift, not instead of it. Credited when it's featured on our socials. Working together You'll work closely with the Studio Team, the Studio Manager, and the Operations & People Lead — with the Marketing Lead on an ad-hoc basis for content. You're line-managed by the Business Operations & People Lead for the operations side of the role, and the Marketing Lead for the marketing side. What You Can Expect • Part-time/Seasonal position, Central London., • Opening & closing shifts, rotational — times to be confirmed., • A creative work environment in some of Central London's best spots., • Real growth opportunities inside a fast-expanding London brand., • Monthly content shoots are separate, paid hours — on top of your usual shift, never a swap for it. Must-haves • Full flexibility: availability across peak festive periods, including weekends and evening closing shifts., • You make everyone feel like the reason the room is fun today — not a spectator, not a bystander., • An eye for detail: you keep things sharp, tidy, and worth noticing., • Big vibes, always styled: you live and breathe the Cheeez aesthetic., • Comfortable on camera — up for a bit of playful chaos in front of the lens, not just behind it. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We love looking through every single application, but due to the high volume of interest, we are only able to reach out directly to shortlisted candidates. If you don't hear back from us within 14 days of submitting your application, please assume you haven't been successful this time around. Don't be discouraged though! We keep amazing profiles on file, and we’d love for you to keep an eye out for future openings at Cheeez.

We are an ambitious new opening centred around a vibrant brunch service by day and a sophisticated small plates menu by night. Our mission is to blend artisanal ingredients with creative flair in a high-energy, beautiful space. We are building our founding front-of-house team from the ground up, and we know that exceptional service and strong leadership are central to everything we do. The Role: Front of House Supervisor We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to help lead our founding team, covering both waitering and bartending duties while overseeing the smooth running of service. From guiding guests through a relaxed brunch service to crafting imaginative cocktails and elevating an evening of sophisticated small plates, you will set the standard for the floor, support and develop the team around you, and be central to shaping our guests' experience from the moment they arrive. You will work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your leadership is valued and your personality can shine. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead the floor and bar team during service, delegating sections, managing breaks, and stepping in to support wherever needed to keep service running smoothly. Hygiene and Compliance: Ensure daily and weekly front-of-house and bar cleaning protocols are followed, and take responsibility for compliance with food safety, licensing, and responsible service of alcohol regulations across the shift. Team Collaboration: Act as the key link between the bar, floor, and kitchen teams, ensuring food and drinks are delivered together smoothly and any issues are communicated quickly. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role within a fast-paced restaurant, cocktail bar, premium dining venue, or similar hospitality environment, ideally with skills across both table service and bartending. Strong technical skills across table service, order taking, and guest management, along with confidence in spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation, including shaking, stirring, and building drinks to a high standard. Experience training, motivating, and managing a small team during live service. Knowledge of food and wine pairing, classic cocktails, and genuine enthusiasm for developing the menu and mentoring the team on original serves. A warm, engaging personality with a natural passion for guest experience and community, and the confidence to lead by example. Reliable, punctual, and energised by a buzzing, high-tempo service environment. Local to Kew or the surrounding Richmond areas is highly preferred. Why Join Us? Growth and Progression: Be part of a brand-new launch from day one, in a leadership role with real influence over how the team and venue develop. We value talent and actively prioritise internal promotion as our hospitality group grows.
