Registered Manager - Children's Residential (EBD)\n\nLocation: Leicester \n Salary: £51,500 - £60,000 + £7,500 Welcome Bonus\n Hours: 37.5 hours per week\n Home Type: 3-bed Children's Residential (EBD)\n Service Users: Young people aged 8-17\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children's residential home supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).\n\nYou will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and compliance with Children's Homes Regulations (2015) and Ofsted standards.
