This is a key role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. \n Key Responsibilities\n\n • Take ownership of projects from receipt through to completion\n, • Source and engage contractors, obtaining and reviewing quotations\n, • Compare pricing, scope, and availability to select the most suitable suppliers\n, • Raise purchase orders and coordinate works scheduling\n, • Liaise with contractors and clients to confirm timelines and project details\n, • Manage site requirements including permits, access, RAMS, and documentation\n, • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure delivery within agreed SLAs\n, • Provide regular updates to clients on progress and milestones\n, • Escalate any risks, delays, or issues promptly\n, • Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and systems\n, • Gather completion reports, photographs, and sign-off documentation\n\n About You\n\n • Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or project support role\n, • Highly organised with excellent time management skills\n, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal\n, • Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders\n, • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure\n, • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills\n, • Commercial awareness when reviewing quotations and costs\n, • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)\n, • A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach\n\n Why Apply?\n This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking business offering long-term career development and a collaborative working culture.
