    We are seeking a driven, motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Main purpose of the role: To identify and engage with prospects, seeking new opportunities and building long term client relationships, through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and online research. You will be responsible for opening conversations, understanding client requirements and qualifying opportunities. Office Located: Ilkeston, Derbyshire Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (negotiable) Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (negotiable) Phone and laptop provided and pension scheme enrolment is available. Qualifications / Experience required: • Previous 1 years successful experience in BD / telemarketing in a similar industry., • Competent in use of Microsoft 365 and other IT platforms such as Pipedrive., • Humble, Hungry, Smart, • Self-Managed; ability to plan one’s own schedules to enable goals to be reached., • Aligned to Accent’s Culture; being the best of the best every time and demonstrating we care about the people we work with., • Customer Focused; achieving 100% customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations every time. Responsibilities • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty., • Close sales effectively while ensuring compliance is always upheld., • Provide excellent customer service., • Organise time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines., • Clearly communicate and interact with customers in person, as this is a customer facing role., • Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skillset, • Work as part of a team and provide support where needed with day-to-day tasks to help grow the business, • The Ideal candidate should ideally be able to work weekdays (Monday-Friday) as these are our operating days., • This role will be a field based, events, face to face sales role., • Base pay day rate + Uncapped commission What we can offer you: • Training is provided by us to ensure you are confident within your role and able to perform to your best ability.
