We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team at our Potters Bar head office. You'll work across the group's day-to-day finance — purchase ledger, reconciliations and weekly reporting — as part of a small, established team. This is a key position within our Service department, combining customer service, workshop coordination, and senior-level support responsibilities. You should be comfortable managing customer expectations, supporting workshop operations, and balancing commercial performance with excellent customer service. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, Technicians, and colleagues are essential. Experience using CDK Drive, Kerridge, ADP Autoline, Keyloop, or similar dealer management systems would be advantageous. Driving Licence Requirement: A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role, as occasional movement of customer and courtesy vehicles may be required. Hours & Pay Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. This role also participates in an alternate (1-in-2) Saturday morning rota, working 8:30am–12:30pm.
