IT Project Manager | Global Transformation | Hybrid (Cheltenham, UK) Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who thrives on complex, global transformation programmes? Do you enjoy leading cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful change within an organisation that’s investing heavily in IT transformation? I’m working with a global organisation that’s embarking on a major programme of IT and infrastructure modernisation. They’re building a future-ready, product-oriented IT function, and are now seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to help drive this forward. The Opportunity This is a high-visibility, delivery-focused role within the Group IT Planning & Delivery function. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects across EMEA, covering areas such as network transformation, cloud-first initiatives, infrastructure rationalisation, and digital workplace modernisation. Reporting to a collaborative leader who values autonomy and trust, you’ll work with global teams and senior stakeholders to bring structure, clarity, and measurable results in a business undergoing significant change. Key Responsibilities • Lead multiple concurrent IT and infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery and handover., • Manage vendor and supplier relationships across outcome-based and fixed-price contracts., • Drive project governance, stand-ups, meetings, and steerco reporting., • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to expected standards., • Contribute to shaping and improving frameworks and processes across the project management function. About You • Proven track record in delivering complex, global IT projects, ideally across networks, infrastructure, or cloud., • Strong technical understanding; confident discussing technical topics without needing to be hands-on., • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management, able to influence and hold partners accountable., • Proven experience of managing 3rd parties to meet key milestones and deliverables., • Comfortable operating in an evolving environment with developing processes and frameworks., • Proactive, self-sufficient, and delivery-focused with strong communication and leadership skills. Location and Flexibility • Hybrid role based in Cheltenham, UK., • Minimum two days per week required on-site for collaboration with internal teams., • Applicants must be UK-based and eligible to work in the UK., • This is a permanent position; contract or remote-only candidates will not be considered.
