About the Role We are seeking Locum Pharmacists to provide safe, effective, and patient-focused pharmacy services in Southampton. You will contribute to the determination of applications for discharge from detention, challenges to decisions relating to leave from hospital and restrictions on communications, and reviews of decisions concerning transfer for treatment outside Jersey. In addition, you will assist the Tribunal in reviewing applications under Part 5 of the Capacity and Self-Determination (Jersey) Law 2016, concerning capacity and significant restrictions on an individual’s liberty. Your clinical insight will support fair, lawful, and rigorous decision-making, ensuring that statutory criteria are properly applied and that individuals’ rights are safeguarded. The panel comprises of a legally qualified Chair, a medical member and lay members.
