Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal and innovative pizza recipes. Monitor stock levels and support ordering of pizza-related ingredients. Train and mentor junior staff in pizza preparation techniques. Requirements: Proven experience as a pizza chef, specifically in Neapolitan-style pizza. Skilled in handling and cooking with a wood-fired oven. Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and hydration processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
