We are seeking an expert Pizza Chef with proven experience in wood-fired ovens and authentic Neapolitan dough management. Monitor stock levels and support ordering of pizza-related ingredients. Train and mentor junior staff in pizza preparation techniques. Requirements: Proven experience as a pizza chef, specifically in Neapolitan-style pizza. Skilled in handling and cooking with a wood-fired oven.
