As an organisation, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. • Lead the product governance process and maintain a strong control environment., • Embed governance practices across product management, sales, and operations., • Support the Product Leader and Product Committee chair with decision-making., • Contribute to product and distribution strategies and help implement changes., • Partner with insurers to ensure obligations are met and raise issues where needed., • Manage a team of Product Analysts and Specialists to develop new solutions., • Maintain oversight of products and conduct regular reviews., • Deliver performance metrics, risk indicators, KPIs, and reporting., • Proven experience in Insurance Governance within a similar transferable role such as product governance, risk controls, or compliance in the insurance industry., • Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks relating to product governance and control environments., • Knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations (desirable)., • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders., • Leadership experience with a focus on team development., • Analytical skills and experience in delivering KPIs and governance reporting.
