You’ll act as the key client contact, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage all phases of MV & HV projects from mobilisation to completion, • Develop project business plans, budgets, schedules and procurement strategies, • Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with programme, EHS and quality standards, • Chair progress meetings with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and risks, • Oversee project reporting, audits, cost control and commercial performance, • Ensure testing, commissioning, and final handover are completed to client satisfaction, • Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle and beyond About You: • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent trade background, • Proven experience managing substation, HV or MV projects is essential, • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, • Professional, commercially aware, and confident representing projects at senior level, • Strong IT and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and progress updates, • Flexible to travel between Glasgow, Aberdeenshire and other project locations as required, • Solution-focused mindset with the ability to work on your own initiative This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career, take ownership of significant renewable energy projects, and work with a company committed to innovation and development.
