In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, marinades, and traditional cooking techniques. Experience with food presentation and plating to high standards. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy kitchen environment. Basic knowledge of food cost management, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards.
