We are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to support our Early Years Manager in leading our Nursery effectively. About the Role\n As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our Nursery operates at the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and professional practice. You will work closely with the Early Years Manager to: \n\n • Lead and motivate the Nursery team\n, • Maintain a high-quality learning environment\n, • Ensure children receive exceptional care and educational experiences\n\n In the absence of the Nursery Manager, you will take charge of the Nursery, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and a calm, professional demeanor.
