We are seeking a few dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners and manager to join our team, committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children. As a key member of our childcare setting, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver a diverse range of engaging activities that support children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum., • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met and their achievements are celebrated., • Foster strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and promoting a sense of community., • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures., • Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring learning environment., • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development. Requirements: • A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE)., • Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting., • A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills., • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth., • Prior experience managing or deputy manager This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nurturing and vibrant childcare environment.
