We are proud to be working with a well-established engineering company, based in Ellesmere Port who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for anybody looking to e apart of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable from start to finish, ensuring invoices are accurately recorded, coded, and paid on time, • Maintain and reconcile supplier statements, responding promptly to supplier, • queries, • Perform petty cash and credit card reconciliations, • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain accurate records within the purchase ledger, • Process supplier payments in line with agreed terms, including weekly payment runs, • Participate in annual audit, • Provide financial information and analysis as required, • Carry out any additional ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the finance team, • At least 12 months of experience within purchase ledger is required, • Strong se of SAP is desired but necessary Benefits include: • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • 37.5 hours per week - early finish on Fridays, • Competitive salary, • Company pension, • Onsite parking...
