MEP Clerk of Works | UK Projects (Healthcare & Defence)\n\nA leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering high-quality outcomes across both public and private sector projects throughout the UK, and spefically the midlands, are seeking an M&E Clerk of Works to support them on schemes across the healthcare and defence sectors.\n\nThe Role / M&E Clerk of Works\n\nWorking as part of a high-calibre consultancy team, you will play a key role in ensuring M&E works are delivered to the highest standards across complex, compliance-driven environments.\n\nCarrying out site inspections across M&E installations\nMonitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications\nReporting on progress, defects, and workmanship standards\nLiaising with contractors, consultants, and client teams\nEnsuring works meet strict regulatory and sector-specific requirementsMEP Clerk of Works Skills and Experience Required:\n\nProven experience as an M&E Clerk of Works / Site Inspector / Building Services Inspector\nStrong knowledge of M&E systems, installations, and compliance standards\nExperience working on regulated environments (healthcare, defence, or similar)\nConfident communicator with a proactive, detail-focused mindset\nAble to work independently across multiple project sites\nICWCI, CIOB membership\nElectrical, Mechanical relevant degrees and experienceEssential:\n\nActive Security Clearance (SC or higher)In Return?\n\nSalary: £55,000 - £65,000\n\n25 Days Annual Leave plus statutory Holidays\nAnnual Ski Trip\nParking Pass for the Office\nCompany iPhone/ipad\nCompany Laptop\nProfessional Subscription FeesAdditionally following completion of your 3 month probationary period:\n\nIndividual Private Healthcare - Vitality\nPension - 4% Employer Contribution\nLife insurance\nDeath in ServiceIf you are an M&E Clerk of Works, considering your opportunities, please contact Megan Cole at Brandon James. \n\nREF: 21838MC
