Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist who is Level 3 or Level 4 qualified to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a range of beauty treatments and/or advanced aesthetic services, with a commitment to exceptional client care. Key Responsibilities: Level 3 - Can do facials, waxing, threading, tinting, laser hair removal, Lipo body sculpting etc If Level 4 qualified: perform advanced aesthetic treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels, skin needling, laser/IPL treatments) Conduct thorough consultations and treatment plans Maintain hygiene and health & safety standards Upsell treatments and retail products where appropriate Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) 2/3 years’ experience in a salon/spa/clinic setting Strong knowledge of beauty and aesthetic treatments Friendly, professional, and well-presented Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to work independently and as part of team.
