About You: • Extensive experience in asset management, portfolio strategy, ESG/decarbonisation, investment management, or senior consultancy., • Deep network across landlords, consultants, lenders, investors, and insurers., • Expertise in regulatory and climate frameworks (MEES, EPC, CRREM, Net Zero, ESG-linked financing)., • Skilled at framing retrofit and climate risk in financial terms (valuation, rent, WAULT, liquidity, insurance)., • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with experience building pipeline, messaging, and processes from scratch., • Strong communicator across C-suite, lending, and delivery teams., • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
