    About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and professional Business Representative to support the administration and business presence of their UK company. The successful candidate will act as a key UK-based representative and point of contact for the company. The role will involve supporting corporate administration, banking and business platform verification, handling business correspondence, and coordinating with the client's wider team. As part of the role, the successful candidate will also be appointed as a Director of the UK limited company, subject to mutual agreement and the completion of the required identity and compliance checks. This is a flexible, primarily remote position. The role is focused on representation, administration and coordination rather than the day-to-day management of sales or customer service activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Representation • Act as a UK based representative and point of contact for the company when required. 1. Corporate Administration Assist with Companies House requirements, identity verification and other general UK corporate administrative matters. 1. Bank Liaison Liaise with UK banks and assist with account opening, KYC, identity verification and related banking requirements. 1. Platform Coordination Act as a local company contact for online marketplaces and business platforms and assist with relevant account or business verification processes. 1. Correspondence Handling Receive, review and coordinate relevant business correspondence, documentation and communications. 1. Office Support Assist with establishing and maintaining suitable office or business arrangements in the UK where required. 1. Director Responsibilities Where appointed as a company director, fulfil the applicable statutory duties and responsibilities in accordance with UK law. Requirements Currently based in the UK. Valid UK driving licence. Reliable, responsive and able to communicate promptly when assistance is required. Comfortable dealing with banks, business platforms and official company correspondence. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Professional approach to confidential and business-sensitive information. Comfortable completing identity and compliance verification where required for the role. Working Arrangements This is a flexible, primarily remote position. Occasional in-person attendance may be required for banking, verification, office or other business-related matters. The Business Representative will not normally be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day commercial operations, sales or customer service activities unless separately agreed. The scope of responsibilities, remuneration, working arrangements and proposed director appointment will be discussed clearly with the successful candidate and agreed before any appointment is made.     We are looking for a proactive, organised and reliable support worker to join a supported accommodation team. The role focuses on supporting residents to develop greater independence, maintaining safe and well-managed accommodation, and keeping accurate records. Resident support • Conduct regular face-to-face support sessions with allocated residents., • Complete and review Individual Support Plans and Support & Move-On Plans within required timescales., • Maintain accurate support logs and electronic resident records., • Help residents develop independent living and life skills, including budgeting and financial management., • Assist with Housing Benefit and Universal Credit matters, rent arrears and benefit issues where required., • Support residents with education, training, employment, housing and move-on options., • Encourage residents to engage with agreed support plans., • Identify safeguarding or welfare concerns and escalate them appropriately., • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Property and accommodation • Carry out regular checks of allocated properties, including communal, internal and external areas., • Identify and report repairs, maintenance issues, property damage and health and safety concerns., • Follow up reported repairs and liaise with the maintenance team regarding outstanding works., • Check that rubbish is managed and that fire exits, escape routes and communal areas remain clear., • Check that required property and fire safety signage is displayed., • Assist with move-in and move-out checks, including checking furniture, equipment and other property items., • Take photographs and record evidence of property issues where required., • Keep property inspection and maintenance records up to date., • Report compliance concerns promptly to management. Administration and communication • Update internal trackers and databases., • Ensure support documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales., • Monitor outstanding actions and follow them through to completion., • Communicate effectively with management, administration and other members of the support team.
