This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large global organisation. Your new role • Schedule planned preventative maintenance, • Booking in engineers throughout the day, • Processing quotes and PPM related works, • Processing RAMS/ Permits, • Tracking and updating trackers, • Monitoring Engineer attendance for SLA'S, • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures., • Maintain accurate service records and documentation., • Ensure customer complaints are escalated, • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally What you'll need to succeed • Ability to work on your own without supervision, • Organisational Skill, • Good numeracy skills, • Commercial Awareness, • Flexible, Dynamic, Adaptable with a can-do attitude, • Knowledge of CRM Systems, • Ability to work to deadlines.
