In addition to responsibilities at the Care Home, the role involves overseeing staff and rotas for nearby Supported Housing Services/Accommodations. Key Responsibilities Assist the current experienced manager with daily operations. Conduct assessments and reviews for potential residents/patients. Provide nursing expertise to the care team. Oversee and manage staff within the Home and nearby Supported Housing Accommodations. Ensure compliance with CQC standards (for one Home only). Maintain effective verbal and written communication.
