Job Title: Programme Manager Dynisma is revolutionising the automotive and motorsport driving simulator market with disruptive Motion Generator technology. Our novel approach to simulator system design delivers more data about vehicle dynamics and ride to drivers and passengers with less latency and more accurately than any other motion simulators available. Key Responsibilities As Programme Manager you are responsible for managing the overall project delivery of a specific programme while guiding and supervising the assigned Project Manager/Managers, ensuring that daily tasks and goals are met efficiently and effectively. The Programme Manager acts as a liaison between Lead PM and the project delivery team, addressing concerns, offering support, escalating issues and driving overall team performance to deliver the committed Programme of work. Project Ownership/Delivery • Manage and execute the delivery of multiple Dynisma Projects / Programme to meet committed milestone dates and budgets in accordance with the business Portfolio and support the PMs in their designated projects., • Assign Project ownership based on individual strengths, workload requirements and development needs. Manage own Projects whilst monitoring and supporting teams' capacity/capability against current and future Portfolio., • Ensure Projects are managed to an agreed budget and that Estimated Cost to Completion (labour and materials) is regularly reviewed and shared with relevant parties. Support the PMs to manage the budgets for their designated projects., • Make Project and Programme-level recommendations and decisions in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and project precedents., • Track and communicate project progress and performance metrics, where required, to ensure that project milestones and customer-facing operational objectives are achieved or exceeded., • Proactively identify any potential barriers to Programme delivery and seek and implement solutions wherever possible. Escalate when required, suggesting solutions for approval., • Plan and manage the Resource demand and ensure that Programme-level conflicts between active Projects affecting teams (and other assets) are highlighted and addressed appropriately., • Assign Project ownership based on individual strengths, workload requirements and development needs. Manage own Projects whilst monitoring and supporting teams' capacity/capability against current and future Portfolio., • Ensure the Sales to Operations handover / Project launch is completed and the parameters of Project success are understood. Team Management & Development • Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers to ensure high levels of performance, engagement, and capability., • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for the team., • Manage and empower the PMs to deliver procurement frameworks and contracts efficiently and effectively for goods, works and services across the organisation, • Act as an escalation point of contact for primary project matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Logistics, Planners & Procurement and Engineering. Collaboration & Communications • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Project delivery team and the business leadership, presenting updates for all relevant projects at the Cross-Projects Exec summary meeting., • Facilitate effective and positive communication to the wider business and ensure that all project data is maintained in accordance with company procedures., • Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers, respecting contractual and commercial agreements., • Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of information flow using suitable measures and tailoring communication to meet customer needs. Review and approve communications before release where necessary., • Ensure effective collaboration with other departments to streamline workflows and achieve organisational objectives., • Collaborate with Dynisma partners and suppliers to streamline workflows and achieve organizational objectives., • Contribute to the continuous review of project management and customer needs to optimise spend and quality., • Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards., • Promote sustainable practices that align with corporate social responsibility goals., • Maintain accurate and auditable documentation.
