What Youll Do: • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Carpentry and Joinery programmes., • Support learners individually and in groups to achieve their goals., • Collaborate with employers to enhance apprenticeship delivery and curriculum relevance. Essential: • Substantial industry experience and occupational competence in Carpentry and Joinery., • Subject-relevant qualification at Level 3 or above., • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one., • Assessors Award (A1 or TDLB 32/33) or willingness to complete., • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or willingness to work towards., • Strong communication IT and organisational skills., • Ability to work effectively as part of a team., • Car owner/driver with flexibility to travel., • Commitment to learner engagement safeguarding and equality and diversity., • Verification Award (V1 or TDLB 34) or willingness to work towards., • Supportive and inclusive working environment., • Opportunities for professional growth and development., • Access to excellent facilities and resources., • Teacher Pension Scheme., • On-site parking and catering facilities.
