This role welcomes a full-remote work arrangement, however applicants must be based in UK and have a work permit to be considered. We value diverse perspectives and recognize that skills and experiences can be gained in various ways. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't meet every single requirement listed, we would love to hear from you and encourage you to submit an application! ABOUT THE ROLE Launchmetrics connects the world's leading Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty (FLB) brands to the data and insights they need to make smarter decisions. As Customer Marketing Coordinator, you'll help us stay close to the customers who matter most -the ones already on Launchmetrics who we want to grow, energize and turn into advocates. This is a full-time, remote role based in London. Reporting to the Marketing Director, You'll be in the room (physically and virtually) for some of our most important customer moments: supporting the events where our customers show up, building the personalized content and workshop decks that start a conversation with a brand and becoming a familiar, trusted face for a group of smaller accounts across cities like New York, London, Paris, and Milan. This role is about relationships as much as it's about process and strategy. You'll need to sync closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand what each account needs next, and you'll own the coordination and launch of outreach campaigns to client contacts -from a first personalized email, to a workshop conversation, to a relationship that lasts. It's a role for someone who enjoys the people's side just as much as the discipline of making a multi-stakeholder program run on time. RESPONSIBILITIES Customer event support. Support the Marketing Engagements Executive and the Director in the planning and on-site execution of events where our customers attend -coordinating logistics, guest experience and follow-up. We're looking for someone who doesn't just execute the plan, but brings ideas on how to make these moments better. Growing the database. Own the customer growth KPI: through outbound emails and marketing campaigns, expand our database of client contacts beyond current users, into new regions, brands and departments within existing accounts, building company-level awareness, not just with the teams already using Launchmetrics. This broader "account awareness" makes it easier to spot growth and expansion opportunities down the line. Personalized content & data stories. Own and develop account-specific content - data stories, talking points and materials- that give Sales and the Director a compelling, tailored way to open or deepen a conversation with a customer. Customer workshops. Support the research, customization and development of individual workshop decks, working closely with the Marketing Engagements Executive on strategy and format, and with the Director on prioritization, translating Launchmetrics data (including Media Impact Value® / MIV®) into a narrative tailored to each brand. Outreach coordination. Own and coordinate personalized customer outreach campaigns (email and beyond), building genuine working-layer relationships with the people who use Launchmetrics day to day. Relationship development. Build and maintain relationships with Tier 2 client contacts across our customer base, becoming a known, reliable point of contact for smaller accounts in key cities (NYC, London, Paris, Milan, Spain, and beyond). Target list enrichment. Collect and track engagement, scoring and intent signals on our target accounts from multiple sources (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist), and turn them into something the team can actually act on -flagging and sharing the right signals with Sales, Customer Success and the Director so we spot opportunities for expansion and growth quickly, before they go cold. Customer reporting support. Support the regular tracking of customer marketing objectives, keeping reports current so the team always has a clear read on what's working. ABOUT YOU Who you are 1–3 years of experience in customer marketing, marketing coordination, ABM, event support or a related area — comfortable with both relationship-building and hands-on execution. Curious about brands and people: you like understanding what makes a specific account tick and enjoy shaping a message around it. Comfortable being the point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers more senior than you. Confidence with data: you can pull, clean and interpret numbers and turn them into a story a customer would find compelling. Strong written communication skills, with an eye for how information is presented. Organized and dependable: you can run several workshops, campaigns or events at once without losing track of the details. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or Lemlist is a plus, but not a requirement, you'll get training. Familiarity with the Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty industry is a plus. A proactive approach: you spot what needs doing and act on it rather than waiting to be told. About Us _ is not your regular deep-tech company. We are creating the next-generation AI platform to support anyone who wants to help advancing humanity and improve the world around us. In just five years, we have raised a total of $450 million and have built a world-class team of 250+ employees (including 60+ PhDs with more than 40,000 citations), both remotely from 20 different countries and with offices in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, the UK, headquartered at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, Netherlands. We have also launched our Metis™ AI Platform, which achieves a 3-5x increase in efficiency and performance, and have visibility into a strong business pipeline exceeding $100 million. Our unwavering commitment to innovation has firmly established us as a global industry pioneer. Are you up for the challenge? Position Overview As a Developer Relations and Community Manager at Axelera AI, you will be responsible for growing the developer base using Axelera technologies in the industry. Your primary focus will be on building trust and credibility within our growing developer and customer community — both within the Axelera AI community (_) and within relevant and established third party developer platforms (Reddit, Discord, etc). You will be measured on the number of developers actively participating and using our Voyager toolchain including the Voyager SDK, Axelera Wingman. You will engage with our audience, promote our products, and keep our community running as a genuinely useful, well-moderated space, adding real value to the developers and customers working with Axelera Tech. Key responsibilities: Community Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact across our community platform (Gainsight experience helpful), GitHub, and social channels — responding to technical questions, moderating discussions, and helping developers who are debugging real deployments (driver issues, SDK compatibility, performance tuning) get to the right resource or person. Content Creation & Curation: Develop and share content that resonates with a technical audience — product update posts, tutorials, social updates, and newsletters. Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, repurposing, and localizing content, while maintaining a distinct human voice and technical accuracy — every AI-assisted piece is reviewed and fact-checked before it goes out, especially anything referencing SDK versions, benchmarks, or hardware specs. Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with key influencers, edge AI leaders, and power users already active in our community — including hobbyists and integrators who've built on Metis with Raspberry Pi, Home Assistant, and similar maker-space tools. Event Planning: Organize and host community events, webinars, and meetups (in person and virtual) tied to product launches (e.g. Voyager SDK releases, new Metis form factors, the upcoming Europa AIPU) and major industry events (e.g. ISC West, Embedded World). Product Advocacy: Showcase Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU capabilities to the community, gather and route feedback to product teams, and advocate for community-requested features and model zoo additions. Community Growth & Health: Grow the community organically while keeping signal-to-noise high — this includes maintaining a healthy forum (tagging, categorization, response-time SLAs) and using AI-assisted tools to triage and route incoming questions so nothing sits unanswered. Monitoring & Reporting: Track community engagement and health metrics (response times, resolution rates, sentiment, growth), and use AI-assisted analysis to spot trends and surface actionable insights faster than manual review would allow. Open-Source Collaboration: Encourage contributions to Voyager SDK (issues, forks, PRs), highlight community-built solutions, and work directly with community members and internal engineering to help resolve technical issues posted publicly. Qualifications: Industry Knowledge & Experience: Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape, with experience in community management or developer relations in a technical (ideally semiconductor, embedded, or AI/ML tooling) company. Credibility: An existing presence or credibility within AI/developer communities, with a track record of building relationships with technical stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate SDK-level and hardware-level detail into clear, engaging content for a range of audiences (from hobbyists to enterprise engineers). Technical & Social Platform Fluency: Comfortable in developer-facing platforms (GitHub, forums, Discord/Slack-style tools) as well as standard social channels and community management tooling. Effective AI Usage: Demonstrated, practical fluency with modern AI tools (LLM-based writing/research assistants, AI-assisted analytics, content generation tools) and good judgment about when human review and accuracy checks are non-negotiable. Comfortable evaluating AI output critically rather than publishing it verbatim. Software Development Literacy: Good working understanding of the software/SDK development lifecycle, enough to follow technical discussions around model deployment, drivers, and pipeline building without needing translation. Maker-Space Experience: Experience with or genuine interest in the maker community (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, single-board computers, home automation) — a real and active part of our current user base. Passion for Community Building: Genuine interest in supporting a technical, self-sustaining community — not just growing numbers, but keeping it useful and trustworthy. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Able to design and execute community strategies that drive both engagement and genuine product adoption. Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with engagement data and metrics, including using AI-assisted tools to process and interpret them, to inform community strategy. Location We offer a flexible working arrangement, with options to: Work from one of our Axelera AI offices (Leuven in Belgium, Amsterdam and Eindhoven in the Netherlands, Florence and Milan in Italy or Bristol in the United Kingdom) if you're already based in the vicinity. Work fully remotely from any European country (incl. the UK) you are already in. What we offer This is your chance to shape and be part of a dynamic, fast-growing, international organization. We offer an attractive compensation package, including a pension plan, extensive employee insurances and the option to get company shares. An open culture that supports creativity and continual innovation is awaiting you. Collaborative ownership and freedom with responsibility is characteristic for the way we act and work as a team. At Axelera AI, we wholeheartedly embrace equal opportunity and hold diversity in the highest regard. Our steadfast commitment is to cultivate a warm and inclusive environment that empowers and celebrates every member of our team. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds to join us in shaping the future of AI.
