Essential Skills and Experience • Demonstrable experience in managing NHS and/or Local Authority tendering processes, preferably within home care, healthcare recruitment, or social care services., • Strong understanding of UK public sector procurement, including NHS Supply Chain, ICBs, and local commissioning frameworks., • Proven track record of securing and managing commercial contracts and achieving growth targets., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality bid submissions., • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a clear understanding of pricing structures and margin management., • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines., • A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach to work.
