You will lead this new and exciting HCD Genesis project, with a specifically trained head office team, to bring people, with complex Learning Disabilities / Autism and associated mental health issues, out of long stay hospitals back home. HCD Genesis has been specifically created to use the HCD Model to work with and help ICBs nationally to comply with the law change in the non-admission to secure units of people with primary complex autism and associated mental health conditions. This is a Head Office and community-based management role, working in partnership with other qualified professionals to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities To have overall responsibility for the management of HCD Genesis Regional Nurses and Care Leads.
