As we continue to grow and strengthen the Layali Lounge brand, we are looking for an experienced, creative and commercially focused Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who understands the hospitality industry and knows how to turn creative marketing activity into increased bookings, customer engagement, events and revenue. The Role We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take responsibility for developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy for Layali Lounge. You will manage marketing activity across digital, social media, promotions, events, partnerships, customer engagement and local marketing, ensuring that Layali Lounge continues to build a strong presence in the London hospitality market. Working closely with the General Manager and management team, you will develop campaigns that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, encourage repeat visits and maximise restaurant and private-event bookings. The successful candidate will be creative, organised, commercially aware and confident managing marketing activity from concept through to delivery and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Layali Lounge., • Create an annual and monthly marketing plan aligned with business objectives., • Develop marketing campaigns to increase sales, bookings, footfall and customer retention., • Identify opportunities to grow the Layali Lounge brand within the local London market., • Monitor hospitality, food, entertainment and consumer trends., • Research competitors and identify relevant market opportunities. Digital & Social Media Marketing • Oversee the overall social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms., • Work with content creators or manage the creation of engaging photography, video, Reels and promotional content., • Develop monthly social media and content calendars., • Ensure consistent Layali Lounge branding, tone and messaging across all platforms., • Monitor engagement, reach, audience growth and conversion., • Respond to relevant customer engagement and online enquiries., • Identify social media trends and opportunities relevant to the restaurant. Promotions & Campaigns • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for food, drinks, seasonal offers and special occasions., • Develop campaigns around Christmas, Valentine's Day, Eid, Mother's Day, birthdays and other key dates., • Create campaigns designed to increase bookings during quieter trading periods., • Work with management to develop attractive offers while protecting profitability., • Measure campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement. Events & Private Hire • Develop marketing strategies to increase private events and group bookings., • Promote birthdays, engagements, celebrations, corporate events and other private functions., • Create promotional materials and digital campaigns for private events., • Build relationships with event planners, local businesses and relevant organisations., • Support the management team in promoting special events and entertainment nights. Influencers & Partnerships • Identify and build relationships with relevant local influencers, food bloggers and content creators., • Organise influencer visits and collaborations., • Develop partnerships with local businesses, hotels, offices and community organisations., • Explore opportunities for cross-promotions and collaborative campaigns., • Monitor the performance and commercial value of partnerships. Customer Acquisition & Retention • Develop initiatives to attract new customers to Layali Lounge., • Support strategies designed to increase repeat visits and customer loyalty., • Develop email, database and customer communication campaigns where appropriate., • Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience., • Work with management to promote new products, menus and services. Advertising & Paid Marketing • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms., • Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance., • Work with external agencies or suppliers where required., • Ensure marketing spend delivers measurable commercial results., • Analyse cost per lead, booking, customer acquisition and campaign return where appropriate. Brand Management • Maintain a consistent Layali Lounge brand identity across all marketing channels., • Ensure menus, promotional materials, digital content and advertising reflect the brand correctly., • Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design and promotional materials., • Ensure all marketing communications are professional, accurate and aligned with the restaurant's identity. Reporting & Performance • Monitor marketing performance on a weekly and monthly basis., • Provide management with clear marketing reports and recommendations., • Track key performance indicators including:, • Restaurant bookings, • Event enquiries, • Customer acquisition, • Social media engagement, • Website traffic, • Campaign performance, • Promotional performance, • Customer retention, • Use data and customer insights to improve future marketing campaigns. About You The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive or similar role., • Previous experience within hospitality, restaurants, food & beverage, leisure or lifestyle brands is highly desirable., • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media., • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies., • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google platforms., • Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns., • Strong understanding of local marketing and customer acquisition., • Experience working with influencers, content creators and commercial partners., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong creative and organisational skills., • Commercial awareness and understanding of marketing budgets., • Ability to analyse marketing data and turn insights into practical actions., • Excellent attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines., • Proactive, enthusiastic and hands-on approach., • Ability to work independently while working closely with senior management., • Passion for hospitality, food, events, entertainment and customer experience.
