Use creative strategies to highlight our restaurant’s signature dishes, blending Chinese culinary traditions with contemporary London trends, ensuring we appeal to both local and international customers. Monitor the success of PR campaigns through tools that track media exposure, customer feedback, and social media engagement, adjusting strategies based on data insights. Who We're Looking For: A proactive and highly organised individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Has experience in public relations Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of producing content that resonates with diverse audiences, from London-based foodies to international tourists. Sociable and skilled in building strong relationships with influencers, media representatives, and key opinion leaders, particularly within the food and cultural sectors. An understanding of both Chinese and British cultures, with the ability to engage London’s Chinese community and represent the restaurant in a culturally authentic manner.
