Whatyoullbedoing Work with peers to develop and maintain production schedules which deliver On-time, On-cost, On-Quality and maximise capacity utilization, maintaining the Master Production Schedule a circa Monitor MRP action lists to ensure accuracy to plan Responsible for setting lead times for the product portfolio in liaison with Production Maintain inventory parameters within AccSC (eg ROP, Batch Size, Safety Stock, etc) as appropriate to balance inventory with OTOCOQ Work with Production to identify bottlenecks early and adjust schedules accordingly to overcome constraints, optimising work centres and routings Prepare route sheets and works orders, including multi-operation sub-contract processing on some items; with route sheets detailing manufacturing operations and highlighting any special requirements.
