Key Responsibilities: • Establish, validate, and optimize operational routings, BOMs, and manufacturing workflows in ERP systems (preferably Infor SyteLine)., • Collaborate with engineering, production, planning, and quality teams to ensure accurate data mapping from design to production., • Align ERP routings with aerospace-specific processes, including FAI, PPAP, and configuration management., • Support MRO data structuring and ensure traceability of maintenance information within ERP modules., • Analyze production data and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization., • Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards and internal quality procedures., • Participate in system testing, validation, and data migration as part of ERP enhancement or deployment activities., • Prepare technical documentation, routing templates, and standard operating procedures for ERP integration. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience: • Industry Background: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aerospace domain (OEM, Tier-1, or MRO)., • ERP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in establishing operational routings, BOMs, and work instructions within ERP systems. Preferred / Desirable Experience: • Exposure to Aerospace Manufacturing or MRO operations., • Experience in managing maintenance data, FAI (First Article Inspection), and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation., • Understanding of AS9100 and EASA/FAA regulatory compliance related to manufacturing and maintenance processes., • Familiarity with change management, engineering configuration control, and PLM-ERP integration., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process efficiency. Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Soft Skills: • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams., • High attention to detail and structured approach to data handling., • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
