Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). Clear packages with customs. Assist colleagues whenever necessary. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Requirements Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant or relevant role (at least 1 year of experience required). Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
