About the role We are now seeking a new Client Success Associate to join the business and help us achieve even greater progress in 2024 and beyond. The Client Success team, together with the Growth team, is the wider customer-facing team at Movemeon. As a Client Success Associate/Junior Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment processes, and you will work with them to make sure they are getting the most out of the Movemeon platform. You will use strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of what makes an excellent client deliverable to drive success in each process you manage. The activities you’ll be responsible for will include: Being a point of contact for our clients, building strong client relationships, and ensuring an excellent client and candidate experience; Undertaking a set list of activities via our platform to maximize our candidate search process Supporting clients in screening profiles and advising on what potential levers to pull to ensure the right quality of candidate is found What we’re looking for A natural organizer with strong attention to detail; Someone who likes structure/ routine task execution and who can work fairly independently A genuine interest in the recruitment/ tech space and ideally prior professional work experience Someone who is self-motivated and able to work autonomously; Effective prioritization based on impact A highly effective communicator at all levels (within the team and with senior clients alike); Fluent English and German language skills (written communication and spoken) What we offer £25,000-27,500 basic annual salary (depending on experience) Quarterly bonuses 5% pension 27 days of holiday and your birthday off. Our story Norlake Hospitality Limited is a London based owner and developer of unique hospitality properties and experiences around the world. The role The role sits in the finance team, reporting into the Finance Director, and responsible for the group reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do… ● Responsible for managing the monthly and annual consolidation process for The Hoxton & Gleneagles groups to ensure key information is provided to our internal and external stakeholders in accordance with agreed timetables. ● Manage the annual audit for the Group, including preparation of the statutory accounts and dealing with the group auditors ● Responsible for maintaining various group related deliverables including but not limited to Acquisitions, Disposals, consolidation, Fair valuation, cash flow etc ● Contribute to the ongoing process of improving the quality of key information to internal and external stakeholders. ● Leading implementation & ongoing maintenance of new accounting systems. ● Prepare briefing papers on commercial and accounting issues. ● Responsible for day-to-day accounting & audit of Parent/ Holding Company ● Management of Group Reporting Accountant. ● Ad hoc project work, as per need What we’re looking for… ● Minimum 4 to 5+ years Qualified ACA or ACCA ● Previous experience with global, multi-currency consolidations in line with UK GAAP/IFRS; you’ve been involved in delivering group monthly, quarterly and annual management and statutory financial reporting and an external audit process ● Technical proficiency in UK GAAP (FRS 102) ● Experience of managing relationships and working closely with other accounting departments ● Strong Excel Skills ● Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and get the job done ● Continuous learner always looking to improve on the status quo ● Competent communicator of financial information to non-finance persons What’s in it for you… ● Competitive salary and bonus ● 22 days holiday (and bank holidays) ● Private medical insurance and life assurance ● Opportunities to develop and grow in a fast-paced work environment ● Pay Day Lunch
Professional Driver Opportunities in London! We are seeking experienced and reliable drivers to join our prestigious SBL Courier Network in the bustling city of London. Our network is expanding, and we need 3-5 dedicated drivers who are ready to take on 4-8 jobs per day, Monday to Friday, during a 9-hour shift from 8 AM to 5 PM. The earlier you start, the earlier you finish, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends. Note: Drivers should be ready to start from the 8th of April. Requirements: All drivers must ensure they have the appropriate insurance coverage. LWB (Long Wheelbase) vans are preferred, though SWB (Short Wheelbase) vans are also accepted with adjusted pay rates and fewer job assignments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in delivery or courier services. Excellent time management and communication skills. Compensation: SWB drivers earn £140-£160 per day, while LWB drivers earn £180-£200 per day. First Payment will be made 2 weeks from when you start after that monthly at the end of each month. Fuel costs are covered through provided fuel cards, deducted from your pay at month-end. (IF FUEL CARD NEEDED) We cover all congestion charges and dart charges incurred during work hours. Job Details: Deliveries primarily consist of pallets, construction materials, alcohol, household goods, and more. Routes are planned based on your location to optimize efficiency and reduce travel time. Every driver will have dedicated allocations officers who will manage their accounts and job routes.
