    Job Title: Registered Manager Reports To: Responsible Individual / Director Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a highly experienced and committed Registered Manager. The Registered Manager will provide strong, professional leadership and management of the children’s home in line with Ofsted regulations, the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and the Quality Standards. They will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people, promoting their safety, welfare, and personal development. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management • Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the children’s home., • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, national minimum standards, and company policies., • Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled team to deliver excellent standards of care., • Manage budgets, resources, and rota planning effectively. Safeguarding and Welfare • Ensure safeguarding practices are embedded in the home and adhered to at all times., • Promote a culture where children’s rights, welfare, and voices are central to care planning and decision-making., • Oversee effective risk assessments, care plans, and behaviour management strategies. Quality and Compliance • Maintain high standards of practice in line with Ofsted inspection frameworks., • Monitor, evaluate, and improve performance through audits, supervision, and staff training., • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders as required. Children and Young People • Ensure each child has an individualised care plan that reflects their needs, goals, and aspirations., • Promote educational achievement, health, independence, and emotional well-being., • Build positive relationships with children, their families, and professional networks. Person Specification Essential Criteria • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete within required timeframe)., • Significant experience of working in a residential children’s care setting, including supervisory/management responsibilities., • Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, Ofsted regulations, and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015., • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse staff team., • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills., • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Desirable Criteria • Previous experience as a Registered Manager., • Proven track record of achieving good or outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes., • Full UK driving licence. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Stone Interiors Templator to join our team, to measure kitchen worktops, bathrooms, fireplaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites to take precise templates for stone installations, ensuring accuracy and quality from initial templating through to final installation. We are looking for someone who can digital template as well as physical correx template. Key Responsibilities: • Travel to client sites across the region to measure and template for worktops, flooring, bathrooms, and fireplaces., • Use physical / digital templating tools to create accurate templates for fabrication., • Liaise with customers on-site to discuss requirements, answer basic queries, and ensure satisfaction with the templating process., • Collaborate closely with designer estimator, fabricators, and installers to ensure seamless project delivery., • Identify and report any site issues or discrepancies that may affect fabrication or fitting., • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and in working order., • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies while working on-site. Requirements: • Proven experience in stone templating or related field (e.g. stone masonry, kitchen fitting, solid surfaces)., • Strong understanding of various types of stone (e.g. granite, quartz, marble) and their properties., • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings., • Proficient in using digital templating equipment (training can be provided if needed)., • Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness., • Full UK driving licence (company vehicle may be provided)., • Good communication and customer service skills., • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks. Desirable: • CSCS Card or equivalent site certification., • Experience using CAD software for stone fabrication., • NVQ or apprenticeship in stone masonry or construction (preferred but not essential).
