Be a part of it. \n \n We are currently looking for an experiencedRegistered General Nurse (RGN)to join our dedicated team atTupwood Gate Nursing Homeon a6-month Fixed Term Contract. \n \n This is a fixed term 6 month contract to cover Maternity Leave from . \n \n AtTupwood Gate Nursing Home, you will be working44 hours per week, covering a mix ofday shifts,night shiftsandweekend work. \n \n Your day-to-day… \n\n • Co-ordinate, assess, plan, implement & evaluate individual patient care programmes\n, • Medication Management, Wound Management, End of Life Care, Working with eternal agencies such as GPs, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Tissues Viability Nurses\n, • Ensure that the requirements of the patient care are met in a timely manner\n, • Report any ill health amongst patients & make requests for professional visits where necessary\n, • Ensure that individual risk assessments, care plans are completed & maintained in conjunction with patient, relatives, other healthcare professionals & in accordance with NMC guidelines\n, • Participate in the planning, delivery & evaluation of specific therapeutic interventions\n\n Why Cygnet?
