We are expanding our operations and are seeking a responsible, professional Van Driver to join our team, representing the company with care, respect, and reliability. Role Overview As a Van Driver at Noori, you will be responsible for delivering orders across London and the wider M25 area. You will start each day at our East Ham store, ensure orders are loaded correctly, and complete scheduled deliveries using our delivery app. This role requires a punctual, organised individual who can communicate clearly with customers and uphold our service standards. Key Responsibilities - Collect and load orders from the East Ham location. - Deliver goods safely to customers across the M25. - Handle chilled goods responsibly in line with company guidelines. - Communicate professionally with customers upon arrival. - Use the delivery app for navigation, proof of delivery and route completion. - Maintain the vehicle in a clean and respectable condition. - Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times. What We Provide - Company van (Transit), fuel and insurance included. - Uniform and necessary equipment provided. - Basic training on chilled goods handling, delivery procedures and app use. Requirements - Standard UK driving licence. - Minimum 1 year of van driving experience. - Confident communication in English (basic but clear communication required). - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. - Comfortable with weekday and weekend work. Working Pattern & Pay - Full-time position (weekdays + weekends). - PAYE. - Hourly pay rate (set by employer at offer stage). - No cash handling on delivery. - No bonuses, incentives or holiday pay/overtime attached to this role.
