The Position We are seeking a proactive, collaborative professional with marketing and sales experience to take on the role of Membership Development Manager. This is a new role to drive the growth, engagement, and retention of our Fellows and Members by working across the organisation to deliver membership acquisition, development, and engagement. You will work across our organisation to develop member-focused initiatives and contribute to the Society’s strategic goals of expanding and diversifying its membership base. Duties and responsibilities * Membership acquisition - Design and deliver, in partnership with colleagues, membership strategies that grow acquisition, deepen engagement, and improve retention. * Membership development - Design and develop product diversification, pathways for member progression, including transitions between membership types and professional recognition. * Collaborate across departments to ensure membership and partnership initiatives support wider organisational goals. The successful candidate will have commercial, marketing and sales experience as well as experience in membership development – products, services, customer engagement, or professional development. Salary and Benefits This is a permanent, full-time post subject to successful completion of a probationary period of three months. The salary range for this post is £45,000 to £47,375 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. The post is based in Kensington, London.
