Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) – £240/day Inside IR35 – 3 month contract – Onsite Chiswick 3 month contract supporting a major Desktop migration – onsite in Chiswick– W11 & MacOS experience essential. A Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) is required by a leading financial services company in Chiswick. This is a full-time, onsite role with the following Working and Pay Pattern: Shift: Either Friday to Tuesday, or Saturday to Wednesday Rate: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday: paid at £240 per day Rate: Saturday / Sunday - 12 hour shift per day at 1.5 times day rate - £575 per day. May Bank Holiday Monday - Double time on a standard day - £480 per day. Condensed: £240 per day weekdays, £575 per day on Weekends! Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) – you must have: Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience in a professional environment Strong hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops Solid support skills with Windows 11 & MacOS Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove is essentialThis is a Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) contract focused on device deployment and VIP user support. You’ll be imaging laptops using SCCM or Intune, configuring devices for end users, and providing in-person support. You’ll work with Windows 11, MacOS, Intune, and Autopilot.
