Hi All, The role requires a structured, detail-oriented leader who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensure compliance with deliver timely, high-quality outputs in a complex programme environment. Role Delivery Manager Type Perm Model Hybrid SC candidates required 2 days Travel to client office Responsibilities Approvals Management: • Lead the planning, coordination, and management of all approval processes for Digital projects, ensuring alignment and Digital governance standards., • Ensure all submissions, recommendations, and artefacts for approvals (OBC, FBC, and other decision points) are complete, accurate, and presented in line with required templates and protocols., • Act as the primary point of contact for approval-related queries and ensure timely responses to decision-making authorities. ITN Competition Management: • Manage the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) competition process, including planning, scheduling, and oversight of procurement timelines., • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure ITN documentation, evaluation criteria, and assessments are correctly executed., • Support supplier engagement and clarification activities, ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant competition processes. Full Business Case (FBC) Support: • Support the preparation and review of FBCs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, costings, benefits, and programme dependencies., • Work with finance, commercial, and technical teams to validate assumptions, consolidate evidence, and ensure accurate representation of project and programme deliverables., • Facilitate approvals boards and governance meetings, providing necessary briefings and artefacts to support decision-making. Stakeholder Coordination: • Liaise across project, programme, and portfolio stakeholders to ensure all approvals, competition activities, and FBC requirements are understood and met., • Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, finance, legal, and technical authorities to ensure integrated delivery. Monitoring and Reporting: • Maintain comprehensive records of approvals, ITN progress, and FBC development activities., • Report on status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership, boards, and governance forums., • Identify and escalate potential issues impacting timelines, compliance, or programme outcomes. Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities to enhance approval, ITN, and FBC processes for efficiency, clarity, and alignment with best practice., • Support lessons learned capture and dissemination across programmes to improve governance and delivery outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Requirements Essential: • Proven experience in programme or project delivery management within or government projects., • Strong knowledge of governance, approvals processes, and decision-making frameworks., • Experience managing procurement competitions, ideally ITN or similar frameworks., • Familiarity with Full Business Case development, including cost, benefit, and risk assessment., • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills., • Ability to operate in complex environments and manage multiple priorities.
