Pastry Sous Chef – Michelin-Star Restaurant (Outside London) A Michelin-starred restaurant located outside London is seeking a talented and driven Pastry Sous Chef to join its award-winning brigade. The Role • Support the Head Pastry Chef in leading the pastry section., • Create and deliver exceptional desserts, petits fours, breads and pastry items to Michelin-star standards., • Assist with menu development, seasonal creations and quality control., • Train and mentor junior pastry chefs., • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, consistency and hygiene. Requirements • Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or strong Pastry Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining environment., • Excellent technical pastry skills and attention to detail., • Passion for innovation, seasonal ingredients and refined presentation., • Strong leadership and organisational abilities., • Right to work in the UK.
